Coty and Kose have concluded a licensing agreement regarding the manufacture and distribution in Japan of Rimmel, a cosmetics brand owned by Coty. Kose will both import Rimmel products made in the U.K., and also initiate production based on the licensing agreement, with a launch in the Japanese market of September 2006.

In addition to importing products, new products will be customized to the tastes and make-up style of Japanese women.
